The condition is very good, the cover is like new and only has a very tiny dent in the corner. Would like to disclose that the first 70 pages of this book were written in lightly with pencil and erased leaving no prominent marks. The only pages with lasting marks are on pages 16, 43, and 62 where it was written on with highlighter/ pen. However it is very much in good condition other than those pages that have very minor writing on them.
