This printed paper copy of the Design Guide 16: Assessment and Repair of Structural Steel in Existing Buildings is new and not has not been used yet. There are no pencil/pen marks to be found as well as any rips. There are some marks on the cover pages, but have no impact on the book. This was published in 2025 by AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction). This is a fantastic example of this specific design guide, so buy now before it’s too late!
