Full Set: This 1987 edition of Compton’s Encyclopedia is a 26-volume reference set published by F.E. Compton Company (a subsidiary of Encyclopædia Britannica, Inc.). It is widely recognized as a comprehensive educational resource for students and families. The volumes have rich illustrations, and a “Fact-Index” in each volume as well as a Master Fact Index. This is a Complete set of Compton’s Encyclopedia hardcover volumes (26 total books). The books are red hardcovers with Black spines, gold lettering and red numbered bands. These books are practically in mint condition! There are a few dents on spine corners or hardcover corners, but extremely minimal.
