The first title page is falling out. The cover shows heavy wear with scratches, scuffs, bends, stickers, small rips, and edge wear. The text is all unmarked with moderate wear and bumps/bends to the outer edges/corners of the pages. There are a handful of stains scattered throughout. All of the text is still legible. The pages are heavily yellowing. The binding is a bit weak at the front but still holding together overall. See the photos for more details.
